Default Polyurethane Front Lip for My GSR

Alright guys, I did search and didnt find anything but Lips for sale.. and I know I should post this in the Paint and Body section, but Im running out of time.. Im getting my front end which has a few imperfections fixed tomorrow, and I just got my Polyurethane lip in today.. It says it needs to sit in the sun to return to its form, luckily I work at a Tanning salon and it went tanning instead, but Now what should I do before I take it to the body shop to have painted and put on? Should I sand it down and stuff, and if so, what do I use? Or shoudl I just take it as is and let them worrry about it.. Im already spending 1500 so Im trying not to spend a bunch.. thanks for the help guys.

whatever your saying makes no sense and its not a tech question. it has nothing to do with us. go talk to the shop and ask what you can do to make the whole deal cheaper, we dont know what the shop wants.
