just got a 97 civic ex, it has a d16y7 engine and a d16y8 trans
i was just looking for things to boost the performance of the y7 engine and about how much it will run me.
i know i can do a mini me swap but got no idea where to find a y8 head, ive heard i should replace the valve train but what can i put in that will be better than what i have.
a friend said a new camshaft wont do anything and i have future plans to turbo it so i was told i should get new fuel injectors and pump and new spark plugs.

if you have an EX you should have a D16y8.. but far be it from me to question that. you have a lot of research to do and i for one am not going to give you any answers on D-series performance and or turbo tips when i doubt youve bothered to run a search!
