Default Ebay Ball-Joints --Any Good?--

Well i priced out a set of upper and lower ball joints locally and there three times the cost of ebay ones not to mention they wern't even oem.

On ebay the got a set of lower ball joints for $16.99+$12.99 for shipping = $30 bucks
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...wItem

The upper comes with the whole A-arm and is $50.99+$16.99 = $68

Ebay total cost = $98
Local total cost = $202

Now heres the big qestions sure there cheaper but are they any good. Most people say ebay is crap and you get what you paid for but the local place i was going to buy is also no-name parts so i dont see whats any different about these. Im sure some of you bought them so let me know on your thoughts or if theres a better place to buy for cheap.

the general rule of thumb with ebay is to buy real brands and avoid all the "JDM" tagged junk that appears on there. post a link to what it is you are thinking about buying and let the guys take a look at it.

Bought the lower ones. PITA to get them in, they were just a little off in size and made it hard to get the snap ring on the new ones but with a little elbow grease and a ball joint press got em in. as for as quality been running bout 5 months now no problems but i would expect no problems with any of after only 5 mths. hape this helped.

I've used eBay lower balljoints and never had a problem. Quality was there.

I emailed these guys on ebay that sell the whoel complete package and this is what i got back "These are Chassis Select brand 9company is from Toronto, Canada).

These are good parts that are manufactured to OEM specs. We sell a lot of these (Civic/Integra) kits and the feedbacks have been very positive.

We have not had any returns in any of the components in the kit. "

From what i heard chassis one is suppost to be pretty good and this kit also includes tierod inner/outter and sway bar links
