the grey box that plugs into the fuse box does it have anythingto do with the front parking lights/blinkers and would that cause my lights not to work

 

Possibly..
The "integrated control unit"
controls the sidemarker flasher relay..

 

i have had this problem for awhile and the people at the dealership said that it had nothing to do with the box but in getting power from the input side and not the output side thanks for the help

 

Its pretty easy to open it up. pull the taps back on each side and pry it open carefully. Then you can visualy inspect it and possibly even repair it,

I had a intermittent wiper problem with my ICM and I ended up unplugging it and inspecting it. it looked perfect inside, so I snaped it back together and plugged it in, and it worked again. bad connection maybe?

are you using a wiring diagram for that?

Also what is your root problem? is it with the front lights, or all parking lights?

 

my front left marker/blinker is on ly getting 6.3 volts and neithor light will work
