Default AC Panel Problem

I had an accident (don't ask how) and I spilled a liquid on the AC panel of my 1999 Honda Accord and now the buttons do not work, they do not even light up. The ***** that turn on the AC/speed and adjust hot to cold however do work, what do I have to replace to get this working again? Could this be a blown fuse, if so which fuse would belong to the panel? I checked and the heater fuse was as close I could get, but it is fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Could be a fuse.

Could be liquid bridging points on the circuit board that's shorting it out.

Your best bet is to take it apart and dry it out
