What's the difference between a 96-98 Honda OEM lip and a CTR 99-00 Lip?

What's the difference between a 96-98 Honda OEM lip and a CTR 99-00 Lip?
I have a 98 Civic Four door and wanted to know which lip would look better on my car...
the 96-98 Honda OEM lip
or
99-00 CTR Lip (I like this one better than the 96-98 CTR one and I know someone that can make this fit onto my bumper)
suggestions anyone?

uhhh.. you have a 98.. so uhh, only the 96-98 OEM or 96-98 CTR will work. not the 99-00 CTR lip (which still has not been PROVEN to be different than the Si lip)
however, my girlfriends brother bought a 99-00 JDM CTR lip from some shop and he said it was infact bigger than his 99-00 Si lip (but i never saw it, so i can not vouch, and who knows if it was REAL)
