Default 98 accord, h22 euro r swap problem...

i have a 98 accord with a h22 out of a 2000 accord euro r. my problem is that my driver side drive shaft is too short in length (24.5") and when taking a tight u-turn it broke in two by pulling out of its joint closest to the motor. Anybody have driveshafts around they can measure the length of with a female end to connect to the intermediate shaft and the male end for the hub of course? the driveshafts i had were for a 96 prelude so i'm interested to see if the 97-01 driveshafts or type s driveshafts are longer by any chance. i need another inch or two. Anybody else have this problem with h22 swaps? and if not why is the euro r h22 different in that aspect?
