Need opinions
I want some opinions I'm stuck on deciding and getting a new car and keeping my current one as a daily driver. Thinking of an S2000 or a 2009 Civic SI when they come out with the minor model changes.
I drive a 98 civic ex coupe.
Pros:
skunk 2 camber kit (front and back)
Koni yellows shocks
ground control coil overs
new front rotors (brembo blanks)
new radiator
Cons:
front lip was ripped off due to animal hit
broken front bumper
back bumper is messed up due to step dad backing into it
paint is messed up in spots
cracked windshield
needs new rear o2 sensor (throwing a CEL every once in awhile)
has a d16y8 automatic (the sucky part, so slow)
Do you think I should get my currrent car repained and swapped? Take out a a personal loan of 3 grand to help pay for a GSR Swap and I'll pay for the paint. Or do you think it would be better to get a loan for a newer car for my weekend beast (09 SI, s2000) and keep the civic as a daily driver. I just wanted some opinions on my current situation and looking for good references on my financial situation here.

Here's my advice.
Live within your means. Don't spend more than you have or spend money that would be more beneficial elsewhere in your life.
Also, never take loans for fix up your car.
