Clutch spring
This morning I left home and noticed a rattling seeming to come from my right/passenger tire. I got out and checked. Everything looked fine. I continued to drive and it was silent. I went to the dry cleaners. When I restarted the car I could hear a little rattle. Then it went away. Did I loose a spring? I don't think it is my cat heat shield.
What are the cons of driving with a spring loose in there? I have a new clutch and flywheel sitting at home, but I was not planning on replacing it immediately since I am going on vacation. Since I am taking my car with me I want to know how serious this is.

I am confused. I cannot figure it out. When the car is hot there is no sound. When cold and in gear I get the rattling/grinding sound. It is audible when I have the windows down and drive by cars or walls on the right hand side. I no longer think it is a spring, since I can shift the car into neutral when cold and rev it with no sound.
What does a worn wheel bearing should like?

I am normally fairly easy on the clutch. I did race a friend Sunday night with a 4k clutch dump. Everything seemed normal, except I got some serious wheel hop. Monday morning was when I first noticed the strange sound.
