--- Before you go bashing on Retrofits dude, DO RESEARCH.
Retrofits are here to make glare from our headlights minimal, and to increase output intensity.

If you go and throw a cheap *** PnP kit from ebay into your headlights. You get low quality bulbs, low quality ballast, and you get horrible glare because you have HALOGEN PROJECTORS. Integra's OEM housing/projector DOES NOT/CAN NOT distribute the beam pattern accordingly.

Also, when you go to Ebay PnP Kits vs OEM HID's they simply aren't comparable.

IE. (These numbers are not accurate but for the comparison between the 2)
Osram/Phillips 4300k Bulbs = 1500Lumen's -- 100Hours Of Use -- 1250Lumen's
Ebay PnP 4300k Bulbs = 1500Lumen's -- 100Hours Of Use -- 750Lumen's

That is one of the more technical things people don't know because they NEVER RESEARCH.

They see BMW, Audi, Lexus etc. Driving down the street/highway and see that "blue hue" coming from them. So they go out and buy 10k bulbs because they want that "blue hue". NOT KNOWING those BMW's, Audi's, and Lexus' have 4300k bulbs. What they are seeing is the "cut off" from a HID PROJECTOR.

The higher Kelvin you go in bulb's the lower the usable Lumen's.

Lumen's = Rating light is measured in.

This is a PnP Kit in a NON-HID Housing:

This is a Legit Retrofit w/ HID Projectors:

These are MY TSX Retrofitted Headlights:
(SEE THE COLORS YOU SEE DRIVING @ HIGHER END CARS? EVEN KNOWING IT'S 4300k BULBS -white colored-)

If you want to be cheap and ghetto. Be my guest and go buy the PnP kit's.

But.

If you want it done right, the most possible correct way of being done. You get a Retrofit done. You will in the long run save yourself from the hassle of fines and being pulled over, just for the police give you a "fix it" ticket. Basically saying, you take those POS's out.

I see people with pink/green/blue, and just think. "Wow, you really bought some HID's for you car to IMPROVE your lighting. When in actuality you are decreasing the performance of the lighting." It's SO stupid, i can NOT stress that enough.

I do them on the side for fun and im currently doing 3 retrofits for Integras. It gets me mad seeing ignorant people bashing on the people who spend the large sum of money to get it done the best way possible. I can go on forever about why Retrofitting is better than PnP Kit's.

So before you go bashing on US fellow retrofitter's i suggest you do some research or GTFO with the flaming.
