My ECU Light Stays On

Can Any Help Me With my ECU Light. It Stays On Constant, My Engine Management Light Is On Too And A Cant Go Over 3500rpm, Can Any1 Help Me With This Please.

Fixed The Problem. Disconnet The Battery And Sit With U Foot On The Brake pedal for 10 seconds
