4th Gen fuel pump not turning on.
Trying to finish up the JDM h22a+JDM p13 ECU swap in my '93 Prelude Si 5speed. It's still on jackstands, but today I decided to fire it up before I let it down...just to be sure it's ready...plus I wanted to crank it over a few times to get the new oil moving around in there. It cranks over and over, does not attempt to fire at all. I haven't tested for spark yet...but I'm almost 100% sure it's working. Either way...the fuel pump is not turning on...here's some steps I've taken so far.
The under-dash fuse panel had Fuse #18 blown(ACC). It was a 30A fuse with a wire coming from it, grounded itself on the car most likely. I replaced this with the correct 10A fuse and noticed no difference in anything. Replaced fuse #19(ECU) from it's not-blown 10A, to the correct 15A it's supposed to have. The two blank fuse spots on the fuse panel chart...each contained 15A fuses...pulled those thinking they weren't needed, and the blower motor stopped working...replaced them. Everything is back to normal here...except those two 15A fuses that are supposed to be empty going by that chart, but apparently are needed to run blower motor.
Under-hood fuse panel has no blown fuses/fusible links.
Tested yellow wire at fuel pump, did not light up my test light when the key was turned on. Problem isn't at fuel pump, so far, meaning it's a power issue.
Neither fuse panel has anything about any fuel component fuses/fusible links/relays.
Going by the schematic in the Chilton's manual...between the fuel pump and it's power source is a break in the line, looks like the symbol for a switch or a relay. No where in the manual can I find anything about a switch or relay for the fuel pump.
Need to get this car running within the next 48 hours, to figure out if there's anything else I need to get it on the road. If you know of a fuel pump switch or relay...please let me know about it, and it's location. Thanks for reading!

The "break in the line" is the main relay. It energizes for about 2 seconds when the key is first turned to "run" (about the time the CEL first lights up), and the again when the ECU sees the engine is turning. You don't have to buy a new one. You can try to resolder the joints on the circuit board if you know how.
