I just got a 98 civic Ex its all stock. Im only 16 but i have high hopes for this car. Any ideas

start with suspension or get some bolt ons

Good suspension, Eibach sport lines with KYB AGX or Koni Yellows. I use the sportlines with AGX and feels and looks great.

i personaly like tein but there lots of other good suspension set ups out there just look search
