today i took out the main relay and resolded and went back to the car and it would just crank and it wont turn on....so i bought a new main relay and still same problem just cranks....some help
If you can hear the fuel pump briefly activating after the ignition key is turned to ON, then check whether you have spark. If you can't hear the fuel pump activating, then your fuel pump may be faulty.

i think my fuel pump might not be working.plus i dont have a gauge to even test it..i just went into the car to check if i hear the fuel rise but didnt hear nothing... Where is the fuel pump located at and is it hard to change it ?
the fuel pump is located inside the tank, in order to change it you'll have to drop the tank. make sure that your spark components are working. i had the same problem as you. Check several times to see if the pump primes, if it does and still wont spark check cap and rotor. When mine wouldn't start, got a new relay and still didn't start. turns out the screw in the rotor(dizzy) fell out and i wasn't getting spark.

You may be able to rent a fuel pressure gauge from AutoZone. Here's how to troubleshoot the fuel pump:

ok remove 1 of the fuel filter hose and put the car on the "ON' possition at the ignition switch. Check if you have fuel (it will be a little mess of fuel but thats the poor way to check if you dont really hear the fuel pump).
Also, there are some yellow/black wires going into the main relay. If those wires are open then your fuel injectors wont work. Check continuity from the ECU to the injectors with the ignition switch in the "ON" position. If the circuit is open even if your fuel pump is working, then the car wont start.

lol... Dude, don't own an EF if you can't/wont work on it. They break.
Changing the fuel pump isn't that hard, it's just messy and time consuming.
Order fuel pump.
Order straps and bolt if yours are rusted, they'll break when you remove the tank.
Drain tank through drain plug
unscrew the bolts that hold the straps holding the tank up.
If they're stuck, cut em off (with a bolt cutter or sawzall, don't use a cutting disc on your fuel tank)
before you get them completely out, put a jack under your tank
once the straps are off, gently lower the tank, you'll have to disconnect some hoses and wiring on the way down
Unbolt the pump and remove
wire in the new one and install, bolt it down and reverse your steps.
Not hard, hard to screw it up, but it's messy, smelly and a general pain in the ***.

Did you even check any of the fuses? Whats the point of trying to fix the pump if its not the prob. Check the fuses first to see if the one in the #14 spot is blown. I can't remember exactly which fuse it is so check that first.

I agree. Also check fuse 37 in the under-hood fuse box.

If you can afford a fuel pump then you can afford the 1 hour diagnostic time a shop will charge you to diagnose a no start. That is/will be much cheaper then guessing and throwing parts at your car.
as a side note remove the ground on your thermostat housing, clean up the ground and the wire and reattach it, just to make sure that is making good contact.
I am not saying this for sure, but I have yet to change a Honda fuel pump, ever. it is very rare that they fail. Most of the time it is something else making the pump not work.
You don't seem like you know very much about your car (no offense) so why not let a professional diagnose it at least for you. It will save you money / time in the long run.

Dude, if he doesnt know, let him learn by himself like everyone does. If he doesnt know, he can search around the forums and get a possible answer to his problem. Otherwise "he will never know very much about cars"
How do you think mechanics learn? by reading ? come on.......
