Hello,
Last night as I was driving my car I noticed the red flashing oil pressure light flashing.
i stopped at a gas station and checked the oil and it was completely empty. I put
2 quarts in and 15-20 mins. later the check engine light came on and shortly the oil pressure light came on. Luckily (I guess) I was home and parked the car. I looked underneath the car and noticed a oil puddle. I inspected underneath and the leak wasn't from the oil plug or the oil filter. It doesn't appear to be a internal leak, but unless I put more oil in I won't be able to tell. Based on what has happened does anyone have a
way to troubleshoot this or maybe based on these symptoms you already know what the problem is?
Thanks,
Troy

Fill with oil, put it on a lift or jack stands and fire it up. Look to see where the leak is coming from. But if your oil pressure light came on, odds are your motor already started eating itself. The light is less of a warning light as it is a "Hey.... you're Fcuked!!" light
