buddy club ecu or chipped p28?

Has anyone used this tunable ecu from Buddy Club? Would it be overkill and hard to setup? Or Should I just use a jumper with a chipped P28

I don't think anyone on this board has any experience with the Buddy Club ecu, so we cant really compare
