I'll have pictures up tonight when i get done with work but what i have is a JDM P72 head i bought from a fellow honda-tech'er. He told me the head was fine when i bought it and it ended up needing LMA's. I just went and bought a new head.
This head has been hot tanked, cleaned out, inspected and everything else is fine except for the ticking noise which was cause by the LMA's. Acura dealership wants $230+ for the Type R LMAs.

JDM P72 GSR OBD1 head-$250 ( includes valves, valvesprings and everything) no cams or cam rails or valve cover.

Chipped P72 OBD1 ECU ( SKUNK2)-$175

i'm going LS/VTEC so i can't use this ecu anymore.

$80 for shipping? I think you're mistaken, I paid $45 for shipping on a crankshaft, rods, and pistons from FL in a much bigger box and about the same weight as a bare head.

You can use the chipped GS-R ecu for your new ls/vtec project. There is no reason you cant unless you plan to run non-obd1
