Default Weak Points of B18C Blocks?

I'm new to the Honda scene, and Honda-Tech. I'm crossing over from the Mustang scene, just thought it was time for a change for myself. So I'm getting ready to drop in a B18C, and I'm just curious as to if there are any concerns with the blocks I'm going to need to address?

I'm looking to extract some pretty respectable numbers from my car a little down the line. But before I go the forced induction route, I'd like to start planning ahead. I hear of guys all the time sleeving their blocks, around how much is that going to set me back? Other than that, are the B18C blocks pretty solid for the most part?

Thanks for your time,
-Ant-

yes the blocks are well made from a factory stand point nice webbings, an overall well die cast block, and they're nice and smooth

With a set of aftermarket sleeves, a B series block will take anything you throw at it. The stock sleeves are very strong despite being open deck. Above 400 whp, I would consider sleeves.
