The question is pretty simple actually, ive heard mixed opinions about type-r manifolds being better on b16 heads then skunk2 manifolds. Can anyone answer this for me?

My block is a b20b if that makes any kind of difference.

 

well it depends which skunk2 you have the pro or the orginal, personally i like the blox one, its cheap also and is a nice cast
