Need help ASAP 88 trans on 95 z6
Well I have a 90 crx and I swapped a 95 z6 into it and used my 90 transmission.
Blew the trans last week. I drove 80miles and picked up a transmission today.
I got home and started to prep it for the reinstall.
I stopped and looked at the 90 trans and found that the new trans was different.
its a 88 21 spline and I have a brand new 90 20 spline clutch and lightweight flywheel.
Can I just buy a 88 pressure plate and clutch disk and use my 90 flywheel?
or do I just need to buy a hole 88 setup clutch pressure plate and flywheel?
Please Help I really need this car running ASAP thanks

found a great site to see all the dimetions on the clutch parts on all/most of the honda cars.
http://www.clutchcityonline.com/standard.htm
What I need is a
8 3/8" disc. diam.
7/8" spline diam.
21 spline
The 86-89 clutch disks are
8 1/4" disc diam.
7/8" spline diam.
21 spline
1/8" smaller plus its $42.86
Now I have a new Q are the axles the same between 88-91?
Edit: N/M there the same. Looked them up at autozone.com

all you need is a clutch disk for and 88 civic crx and u can use your 90 flywheel and pressure plate on the 88 clutch disk ive done that a few times it works fine the only difference is the 88 clutch disk is a little smaller the a 90 clutch disk
