De-restricting the 3.5L

Does anyone know of a company, in north America or in japan/Europe/Australia, that can de-restrict the max MPH on late generation Honda ECUs? I know the the TL type s is limited and the new accord 3.5 is limited. I need an outlet to de-restrict the governor on these engines. thanks in advance
