Default My car wont go past 3500 RPM's

ok here is my problem,i own a 2004 civic LX 1.7L, i bought a juicy H-PWR Module/Chip off ebay.... http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWD1V. and while installing it i was suppose to find the Air Temp. Sensor (AIT) i thought i found it, so hooked it up and then my check engine light came on and my rpm's bottomed out but didnt shutoff just idles very low and i reved it up and it wouldnt go past 34-3500 RMP's i tried reseting the PCM BAT and the PCM IGN fuses to turn off my check engine but it turned right back on and bottomed out again. So now i have no clue what to do next! please help me

destroy that chip, and reset ur ecu, that thing is useless and just tells ur car to run rich and it will eventually blow up ur car
