right now i own a 93 civic EX d16z6 SALVAGE TITLE. no rear seats/speakers/stereo. just me 2 seats and an engine. car has well over 200k miles on it, not sure since i bought the car with 140k miles TWO years ago and the odometer has never worked. tranny is crapping out on me, and yesterday my drivers seat snapped. so i can't really sit in it. motor runs fine i believe, no leaks, just drinks coolant.

anyways, i know a guy with an 89 crx(non hf, but that is all i know about it) who is willing to sell it to me for about 1000 bucks. so i am tempted to buy it and either keep that, sell the civic for like 600 dollars and mod the crx. or keep the civic somewhere, and do a head swap.(never done this kind of work though).

which one would you do?

buy the crx and build it for weekend/race duty. keep the civic, use it for a daily driver just maintain it for reliability. always good to have two cars especially if you already own them and don't make payments. any civic modded or not in decent shape is like money in the bank.

 

i dont know what the first guy's problem is.

but anyways, its ok if the civic goes and i keep the crx, my main car is a cobalt. i do delivery for pizza hut and currently use the civic.
