I have a set of 16" (4x100) +40 offset rota C8. 3 of the wheels are bronze and the other one is silver. I bought these from my cousin about 5 months ago like this. He didn't know he bought them like that until i mentioned it to him. These come with tires but they do need to be changed. One wheel has a slight bent on the lip but it does hold air. Nothing major. I'm asking for $300 OBO!!!
