low idle after cleaning iacv

ive got a 93 civic ex w/ a d16z6. well my car was idleing low so i took yalls advice
and cleaned my iacv well now i start my car up and it idles perfect but as soon as i hit the gas and let off it idles @ about 100rpms and idles rough! please help ps runs worse than before

Did you try adjusting the idle screw?
