There is/was a G2 Integra website that has directions on how to re-route the hood cable so it's hard to reach from the outside and cut. Does anyone have any ideas how to do this or have a link to that site? TIA

 

Yeah someone tried to do that to my car... Good thing the alarm went off. Wonder if it's easy to do on a G3..

 

apparently its really easy...but i have no real idea..i'm just going on hearsay..there was some pics a while back of ppl even cutting into the body near the front emblem (two different cars!!!!! same week!) then opening the hood.

I'm buying my hood lock ASAP for this reason..
but i cant see how it would be hard to re-route...if its at all like the trunk release, its basically a cable that you have to make sure it not tensioned too much or doesn't take hard bends when you re-reoute it.
