(94 accord dash board) How do you take this bulb out?

(94 accord dash board) How do you take this bulb out?
My oil light never come on
I think it could be the light bulb is gone or sth
so i remove my dash ,open it try to replace the bulb
& now i don't know how to take that little bulb out
come on ppl I need to put my dash back together before I forget how!!
