Default front end wheel bearing replacement

I need to replace my front wheel bearings. Would it be simplier and more cost effective to replace the entire assembly myself or struggle with replacing the bearings. I have a 2002 civic ex 2door. Any help or experience related answerss would be greatly appreciated.

I think you're asking if it'd be easier to replace the entire knuckle/arm? It would be easier, but much more expensive. Since you'll have it all undone, take the entire assembly to a machine shop along with some new bearings. Shouldn't cost you more than $50 in labor from them.

While you're at it, I'd also recommend replacing your bushings... Cheap/easy maintenance to do while you have it all apart.
