i have to remove the upper motor mount and on diys it says to use a jackstand underneath the oil pan to hold it up with a piece of wood in between the jackstand and oil pan?

good or bad? and what else could i use?

 

ya that will work fine...done it many times with no problems!

thats right. thats what i used too.

 

ok i did do it and it bent the oil pan...is there a way to pop it back out/down??

 

You must of did something wrong. I just did this at work the other day and i didnt dent anything

 

yea i hear from everyone that this shouldn't of happened...but what can i do? this sucks
