how do you install your lips under your bumper and not on top of your bumperinstalling tye r bumper

how do you install your lips under your bumper and not on top of your bumper bcoz i got a replica type r lip and i dont want to screw it on top where you can see the screws...is there and tutorials?

hahaha , in some adds for those replicas it say all hardare included , and the tape is one of them LMAO
