Like a weedeater....plus you're helpin' pollute the environment Try savin a few dollars and get yourself a quality muffler (or 2! )and 4-2-1 headers.

It doesnt make that much of a diffrence. If you want a big diffrence cut the resonator off.

Don't even bother putting a straight pipe on. Just leave the cat on there.

Not to mention if you remove the cat then you get more carbon/soot buildup on your tailpipe and rear bumper. If you want higher flow you can get a high-flow cat, if you just want it louder do what everyone said, remover the resonator.

get a hi flo cat.. you'll regret taking the cat off if or when it comes time to get an emissions test.

Damn dude, you're not off to a good start with this poor Prelude...it does not want all these conversions and gutted cats that you keep talking about. Look through the FAQs and the 4th gen pic thread for some good ideas if you really want to modify it.

It sounds real raspy. Get a hi-flow or as the other people were saying, resonator

What about silencing the damn exhaust system but still have good air flow, do you know of any quiet mufflers or other parts related to the exhaust system that'll quiet the car?
