??????????????????????????RHD motor harness or USDM?????????????????????????
The issue is taht the motor that the rhd harness came off of had the coolant temp switch on the thermostat housing, it will look like a gray or green round 2 pin plug. Good luck with your swap.
yeah the coolant temp switch is right next to the oil pressure switch and looks just like it but it is usually green with 2 pins where the oil pressure has only 1. if your motor dosent have the switch, simply do not plug it in. Get the thing running then check for codes.
Thanks for your help!
---I do not have the motor that the jdm harness came off of, so am I looking for it on my US motor? Should I install jdm motor harness, or use the US harness and try and change the plugs out?

I think you should use what ever harness matches the chassis harness, so if you have a rhd jdm chassis harness, then use the jdm engine harness, and vice versa.
Does anyone know what the plug w/ the question mark next to it is? Will my car run w/o it since the japan harness does not have one?
yes your car will run, I know when I have done swaps and left that unplugged it has had no effect. I cant seem to remember what that damn thing is though....

I believe the plug with the question mark is for the purge solenoid. I don;t see any reason to not hook everything up.
the one that says B16? is the alternator. And those are not the only ones that are different you have to look closer. the ones at the towers are different also
Thank you everyone for helping out! I left my computer at work over the weekend so I was not able to read any of your input till now. I have since cut up my US harness so that I can use some of the plugs on the harness that will go in the car. I moved over injecter plugs and switched out the grey distributer plugs on the japan harness to the white ones that will work with my motor. I have a few additional questions that I would like to ask you guys, but will hold off asking till I snap some pic's of what I'm talking about. Thanks again.

HOODLOVER: I am planing on using sohc si ecu that the motor originaly ran with. Will that be a problem?

The thing with the ? next to it plugs into the bottom of the intake manifold.(will snap more pic's tonight)

You are correct Zaakro, The reason I took out the USDM motor harness was because the ends at the towers would not plug in. At first I was going to just change the plugs on the ends out but they had a different number of wires so I removed whole harness to install what would plug in. There are even more differences then this!!! Will post pic's soon. Thanks!

Bump, No pic's yet. Soon. Left my camera at work this time. There are four additional wires/plugs that I have questions on. One is a grey plug resembling the ones I switched out on the distributer. the other one is green, then there are a few other plugs I will just have to snap pictures of.
The part with the question mark (purge solenoid) plugs in here:
