JDM ITR header clearance...
Hi, I own a 91 CRX with a B20, and was wondering if the JDM ITR header will clear the front crossmember? Also, where is the O2 bung located on these headers? Thank you in advance!
No it wont clear...crossmember has to be hammered down and the mounts on the crossmember (not being used) needs to be shaven...I guess you already done that after doing the swap. O2 is at the tip of the header/flange
yeah excatly what he said....all you need to do is cut and extend the o2 wire to reach the header.....i have one on my car just becarefull because it hangs down lower than any other header....
just do what i did. first make a note of where the crossmember touches the header. remove the radius rods from the lca's and then drop the front cross-member. that will give you a TON of room to install. then set the crossmember down and have a brave soul hold it. next, the fun part, just go to town on the spot u made a note of... with a BIG hammer. after that, just put her back on. whole process took about an hour.

Uses all 4 motor mounts including the front cross member housing a Mugen 4-1 CTR Header.
Thank you for the replies. I am using the HASport kit and the front mount is still there. The O2 was already elongated for the B20 swap as I am currently using a G2 teg exhaust manifold. Do the header brackets bolt up?
