EF9...Need to know where or how i can get this Lip!!!

Hey i was wondering where or how i can find one of these lips... i'm pretty sure its a mugen but is it off a EG or what??!?!? hella want it!!!

its off an EG hatch/coupe. polyurethane mugen. i got one on my sedan and a friend has one on his hatch.
