Default gc/koni problem

alright so i had them installed on my car and went to adjust them. and after i got the perch to where i wanted it and screw the allen key back in place. it still turns freely even though the allen key is all the way in. maybe im adjusting them wrong or something. if someone could point me in the right direction. just a note when the car is lowered off the jack the perches wont move or budge. so im not worried about the perches moving alot.

The perches should not "turn freely" when the pinch bolt is tight.

Are you sure it's the perch that's spinning and not the whole coilover sleeve? If it's just the sleeve it's fine. If it's the perch and you can change ride height then it's not fine.
