Default master cylinder: rebuild or buy new?

I found a couple cars in a yard (89 prelude) that I can pull a cylinder/booster from for about 20 bucks. I searched and read that this will work fine with my rex.

should I install the master cylinder with the booster it came with?
or
should I just grab the cylinder itself($10) and put it on my DX booster?

OR

should I just buy a new one instead of rebuilding the above?

You should probably just buy a new one. They're not that expensive and you know its good.

I don't have a problem with j-yard parts there's just some parts I'd rather just buy new. I see some guys pulling brake pads off cars at the yard WTF!

Hence my statement that I was planning on rebuilding it, then it would not be "a junkyard part".

I have priced a crx MC and it was less than 50.
so a rebuild would be in that range, but the rebuild would be a prelude MC and I would know the part in and out. is it worth the trouble to put a prelude MC on?

I am thinking the MC may not be the issue now , cuz the pedal does not slowly drop to the floor, there is just alot of pedal travel before brakes grab. I just bled them but I wonder if the old fluid had so much crap in it that I should re-flush after the new fluid has been in the system for a few days to soak up the crud in the corners.
I could never get the micro bubbles to go away while bleeding
