built this for a frined. itll fit with some chopping of the headlight housing. oh man talk about tight clearances, all the tubes are literally paperthin clearances to the block.

On a side note, I think your timing might be a few teeth off.

it is all over the place, the key in this design wasnt equal length, it was just pairing together the proper runners and shoe-horning it into the chassis

i think he is reffering to the beveling IE maybe he thinks the pipes have huge gaps between them?

i guess.
theres only 1 piece that has a gap in it, and its mock up, not final welding. in either case, can be solved with backpurge and the right sized filler rod

Haha !
I did this a few time, it's tight clearance and precise mesurement. it take a lot of time.
I even did the top mount, with Super60 attached to it, into my EF, keeping powersteering in place with 3 inch downpipe and single 38mm wastegate.
the thing is alive, and wild, but it overheat big time, I'll prolly ditch the top mount this year to build a short ram style, with 3 inch downpipe, placing the blower farther away from the block and the downpipe to radiator cleareance is also a problem in my case.
keep up good work !

Tell him to run modded high-beams as low beams (70% more light) and use the driverside highbeam for an air intake. As long as you have low beams, cops won't really notice. BTW the high-beam mod makes them as bright as normal cars, as Ef lows are dimmer than Brittney Spears.
