i ordered a password jdm cam seal plugs like a month ago cuz mine is starting to leak and its just been sitting in my room. when i install it do i need to put hondabond on with it. i read that if i get a ebay one i need hondabond but do i need it for password jdm plug

 

still safe to do so! I used it on my STR cam seal!!

 

other than the white print it looks just like the one i bought at the dealer. I also wondered if any RTV needed to be used. Long story short i put it in dry 3 months ago, just snapped in and it hasn't leaked a drop. Since you have to pull the VTEC to get it in-out it might not be a bad idea to spend $17 more on a new VTEC screen and seal.
