Notice the 2 clouds coming out from the cowl?
Thats what you need (Nitrous, not just a purge). $200.00 and you can bolt on 75 hp. Best bang for the buck.

Piece it together.
Hard part/most expensive is the bottle.
I just bought a wet kit, save for the bottle for $89.00 (auction on ebay). All I need is a relay and bottle and I'm set. Relay's are cheap.. And I've seen bottle go for $75.00-$100.00 (though they are usually more).
Here's a kit, pieced together from Ebay:
Main line: $34.95 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWDVW
Line from solenoid to intake: $21.00
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWD1V
Nozzle/jets: $20.95
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWD1V
Nitrous solenoid: $55.95
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...ZWD1V
Nitrous fuel pressure regulator: $9.95
Misc vacuum hose: $8.00
Switch (I'm going to assume you have wire) $5.00
-----------
$155.80 -- All prices include shipping, no bottle. I'm sure I might have left something out.. Even then, tack on another $30.00 and you're still under $200.00.
Or, you could just buy this: Small bottle but it would get the job done as a cheap nitrous setup.
$165.00 shipped.

Best thing, I've seen, is to watch ebay and and find an auction, like I did, that included both fuel and nitrous solenoids, fogger nozzle/jets and lines: Without the bottle.
I got $200.00 worth of stuff for $89.00
Hell, I've got a zex brain box I'd sell ya to help ya on your way to nawzz heaven

I guess using nitrous to get this time is rice then?
Dude is asking how to make his car fast.. Obviously is either:
A: Just being a retard posting stupid stuff.
B: Has no clue and is serious and wants suggestions.
I'm guessing it's B. And with that guess, of all the things he can add to make his car faster, nitrous is about the easiest of anything that will make a difference.
I'd venture to say Turbo is definitely out of his league (no offense to the OP).
oh, i'm sorry i must have missed the part where i said its ricey to have nitrous. yes initially it is cheaper, but figure in the price of the bottle refill time after time after time after time, and you would have a well tuned boosted car thats pretty damn reliable and has power when he wants it every time he wants it. nitrous $25/lb, 10lb is $250 bucks. plus the next 3 times to fill it up is 1000, a damn good start on a turbo kit. fill it up 4 more times, and thats a very good setup. and so on and so on.

Cost me $33.00 to fill up the last bottle, and it's a 15 lb bottle. With 100 shot, it's good for 6-7 runs.. 150 knocks it down to about 3 full 1/4 passes.
I took the "fast and the furious" thing as you thinking it was rice to have nitrous. Alot of pple think that and there are alot of haters in general.
I bow out of this thread, since it's not helping the OP much and this isn't a debate.

There is alot of tension in here Geesh. Dude if you want to go some what faster get a catback , not a muffler , get a catback , high flow or test pipe, for your catalystic converter. get 4-2-1 headers , and replace your factory air intake and get a cold air intake, rainy weather? get the short ram intake.Recommend an intake manifold. These easy do it your self mods, will make your engine breathe easier, and you will go faster.
You should also lower your car , not DROP it all the way for it wont be good on the track or even on the street
. You should do internals, cam gears or pistons and all that. Go turbo but before you do , you shoud search and realiz all the things you need and your budget and all that, you dont want to have an unfinished project car right?. Wait , what car do you even have? integra ls can be supercharged and i hear it is a good combo. be specific if you want REAL help.

If you want REAL help do not listen to tweek_boii...
first of all by spending a G or so on the I/H/E/IM combo, your going to net a whopping 15whp or so... not worth it... save up and piece a turbo setup for around the same price and get a good tune... plus he wont need a header or intake if he goes turbo in the future... you dont need to upgrade the "internals, cam gears or pistons and all that"... youll be fine for around 250 whp... after that just upgrade the clutch and exhaust... lower it and be happy... but for now drive the car how it is and get used to it...
and if you do have an LS DO NOT SUPERCHARGE it... turbo all the way...
Seriously tweek do you just make **** up as you start talking... if your gonna give "real" advice research your **** a lil better...

if he is on a budget and is seriously asking in general how to be faster , how the hell do you think he is going to go turbo? whats going to happen when it brakes down? i/h/e can be bought one piece at a time and will make engine BREATH easier , i never said anything about hime getting big numbers at the dyno.

He wants to go faster I/H/E is a waste of time if your trying to go fast or unless you have a turbo build or a NA build. Which has neither so..I realize you were trying to help but if he doesnt have much money in the first place why lead him to buy **** that will give him no gains just because it is "cheap"
If you want to just tell him to buy **** I would tell him suspension mods before I tell someone to buy i/h/e ANY day.
Point is if you wanna go fast for cheap spray or boost, before you decide go take a look at the FI FAQ and if you need more help the FI guys there will help you out

Indeed. Dogginator usually seems to have less tolerance for this sort of thing than I do, and he hasn't even locked it yet.

I'm almost there. The OP's question was legitimate. However, it was naive in the sense that the OP did not do much research before asking.
Here is some advice for the OP:
1) The best upgrade you can make to your stock DC2 is tires.
2) An ITR transmission is nice as well. LSD makes quite a difference.
Questions for the OP to ask:
1) What do you want from this car?
2) What is the budget? Iterate questions 1 and 2 until the answers converge.
3) What are your rules for modifying cars in the Netherlands? That may limit what you can do.
Unfortunately, there is no magic bullet for a B18c1 to gain more power cheaply.

he probably wanted someone to tell him if he took off his intake filter, powersteering and ac belts, that he would gain like 15 hp
haha
