Default milling pr4 head and using stage 3 crowers cams

I recently aquired a FREE pr4 head. Its pretty bare besides the crower dual valve springs and retainers. A buddy of mine also has a set of stage 3 crower cams for b18a/b and b20. The question is, will I have sufficient valve to piston clearance if I mill the head .20 thousandths and use a thinner headgasket? The only reason I'm choosing to do this is because with these cams I need a bit higher compression than the stock ls can offer and I'm not gonna build my daily driver right now. Any thoughts/comments welcomed! TIA!

Anyone? If don't get a response I'll just mill it .10 instead of .20 thousandths and use a thin HG. That should be safe enough
