strut Bars!!
hey i got a 98 accord v6...i wanted to buy a megan racing strut bar it was 60$.... im trying to increase my stability...what else is good..im going to insert my coilovers in april....so upper and lower bars what else.....what are tie bars?
stiffer spring rates
larger sway bars
check your bushings and see if any are in need of replacing
the lower bar would be the tie bar, it connects the points where the lower control arms connect to the subframe. It's been said not to waste money on the rear lower becuase it doesn't do anything.
I don't personally have any experience with strut bars or tie bars, never felt the need for them on a daily driver.

Yea, the lower tie bars don't do anything. Many people have tried them out and said they didn't notice any difference after installing them so I'd say you're best off to just not get them.
Like TouringAccord said, larger sway bars and stiffer spring rates would increase your stability the most. Depending on what you want to do with the car I'm sure we could give you more insight or what you're looking for. If the car is going to be a DD obviously you don't want the car to be extremely stiff.

For stability you want increased damper rate, just stiffening the springs can make it more unstable than it already is if the dampers are not stiff enough to control the springs.
Tower braces are good, on DD cars as well as racers, especially with stiffer than stock suspension. They really do make a difference, but not to stability so much as steering and handling response. Don't get cheap ones, they need to be very rigid to work well, which includes the mounting brackets.
A stiffer rear ARB will reduce roll and understeer, a good thing to get.
For increased directional stability I'd recommend increased caster angle (lots of other good things about increased caster as well).
