WTF????? an ex ek? What version ek do you have? ek4 or ek9?

Why on earth would you swap in a gsr engine into a typeR? Keep the power steering out of the type-r, it doesnt need it, AC you will need to score everything out of a right hand drive ek9, since you have a type R ex

you have an ek9, and an ej8-2? I see EK and EX, so you have 2 cars right?

your title says EK

so on your vin number is should say either ek1/2/3/4 - 9. I know for a FACT there are no 2 door ek's, only 3 and 4 dr's. Did you import it from the UKDM? post which one it is and report back.

Wow! Ek = '96-'00 civic, EX = trim level, 1 car with an engine swap.
1997 Civic EX with a GSR swap, wants to have power steering and AC.

To OP, does your car have any AC lines, does it have a manual steering rack, or just a power steering rack with the lines looped? Need more info to direct you on where to go from here.

really? because the title talks about a totally different car. If he does have an EK, it would potentially be a different setup than saying EJ8 like he should have clarified.

This needs to be brought to the surface because some people here actually have an EK chassis, and we could assume its just an ej6, when really they have a rhd R or a vti, and give them totally useless info. I assume its not all USDMs on here. There are 0 USDM EK's, unless you import one.

Kinda like me calling myself black, when really im white but with black features.

Yeah, really. 99.99234562945293495% of people call 1996-2000 civic's EK's. Yes technically, you are right, but you know he didn't have 2 cars, and you knew exactly what kind of car he was talking about. If someone is special enough to have an actual EK chassis, more than likely they will say "Hey I have an EK#".
So when someone says that their rotors are warped, do you say no they arn't, they have lateral runout and thickness variation, that's totally different than being warped.

To the OP, I'm almost 100% positive all you need is your stock EK EX COUPE ac lines/compressor/condenser (all ac stuff from an EK EX) except for the mounting bracket, for that you need a Del Sol VTEC ac compressor mounting bracket or possibly the CR-V ac compressor mounting bracket.

Power Steering, I don't know.

Thats totally different. EK doesnt even exist in the US. I dont call my civic an AP2 or NA1.

You know, coming from someone who thought that cutting the 3 inch tip off of their muffler AFTER the muffler affects performance, I'm not going to take it to heart. The point is you provided no helpful info at all and only pointed out technical flaws cuz the op used SLANG. OMFG SDWTW!!1!ROFLCOPTER!!1!
