there is a suspension thread in the FAQ. There is also a basic guide to Accords that is useful.
Do some research.
Besides, with such a general question like that you would get such a large variety of replies you would be even more lost. Narrow your question by deciding what the main use of the car is, is ride quality high or low on the list, how much of a drop would you like, ect ect.
