hey guys, i havent been around for a while since my red hatch got stolen.

i have baught a 1995 teal hatch since, and i would like to buy a hitch for it.
(do NOT give me grief about civics towing...my boat weighs maybe 300 lbs with the motor on it...)
the problem is i dont want one that will bolt through the spare tire well, just bolts to the bumper rebar and the tow hook. i have found a couple of theese but only for coupes and 4-doors....

anyone have ideas?

is the bumper lay out all that diffrent?

just buy one for a sedan, and mod it to fit yours right. i really don't think it's that hard man.

 

i suppose thats a solution however im uneasy when it comes to modifying something crucial like a hitch

 

if u are at all good with a welder or know someone who is it should be no problem
