Default 98 integra, slight rear frame damage?

I just bought a 98 integra shell and the trunk alignment is off a little more than 1 cm wide from the bumper and tail lights when it's closed. Otherwise the bumper, tail lights and everything else lines up right with the car. Anyone know how to fix the damage? Could it be the frame?

So I took a look at it again earlier today, and i'm i think the previous owner just got rear-ended. The pic i posted earlier was just similar damage to what i have, wasn't my actual car... And I was wrong, the bumper and tail lights dont line up with the quarter panel. When i opened the trunk, the tail lights even looked pushed in and the bumper support was in a little too. Is there a way i can pull it out a little? BTW, sorry for the bad *** pics, lol. Camera sucks and I was in a hurry.

Are you sure those black bumpers and the latch dont just need to be adjusted?

look like the trunk itself sits a little higher then the quarter panel. Try adjusting the 2 rubber bump stops on the under side of the hatch to get it to sit a little lower and line up with the quarter panels. That should close up that gap quite a bit.

Agreed. Probably just need to adjust the rubber stoppers and possibly the latch itself. No cause for alarm.
