Default starting problem

hey i have a problem try to start my civic. it a 1991 civic si with a b16a obd-0 swap and i have problem try to start it. it turn over but can't seen to get it going and the guy that did the swap for me he said that i got a bad dizzy and then i got one to fit for it but i don't know if the dizzy made in usa or jdm but the fire order look kind of different. the orginal dizzy that came off the engine it start on the lower left from #1-3-4-2 and the new dizzy i got it start in the upper right #1-3-4-2 but am not sure it that order right but when i put it in that order i try to start it and keep making a big pop sound and have back fire. i also have another question it that will the engine start without a map sensor?

so could anyone please tell me what could be the problem and how to fix it?
