As a first note. My car has been stumbling on its face (bogging really bad at constant throttle) when I've been cruising down the road. So I didnt work today and decided to take a look..I havent cleaned my egr plenum as of yet so I figured I'd unplug my egr valve and take a ride. So after about a 15 mile ride, my car is running great with no bogging whatsoever...but the odd thing is that my egr didnt throw a code while I was riding around..(at a steady 55 mph)...Which has me a little dumb founded...Im going to clean my plenum this weekend but does anyone have a clue as to why my unplugged egr valve doesn't throw a code?...thanks

it probably needs to be cleaned if it is clauged then the air bypasses
