Auto to manual swap in EJ8, help!

Auto to manual swap in EJ8, help!
I have a 1997 civic EX 2dr, d16y8, auto. wanna swap it to manual and have a couple of questions yet:
1. does swap will be a 100% bolt on in EJ8 if i'll get all manual stock mounts?
2. if i'll get a manual ECU with manual harness i also need a manual throttle body?
