Default fog light bulb problem

I installed these bulbs in my OEM fog lights:

http://www.luminicsusa.com/bul...Type=

I am currently on my second set. With the first set of bulbs, as well as the current set, the driver's side bulb burned out after only 3-4 months of use. Before I put these bulbs in, I was using the OEM bulbs. These bulbs lasted for around 9 months without any problems. In fact, they are still good (just took them out to put the yellow ones in). I would have warrantied the Luminics bulbs, but I am out of the warranty period (90 days from date of purchase). I think it is odd that the bulbs would only last for 3 months, but I think it is even more odd that it was the same bulb that burned out both times. Has anyone else had trouble with Luminics bulbs? Is it possible that there is a short or something in the driver side fog light wiring? What else could be causing this other than the bulb being bad? I would like some input before I go complain to Luminics that their bulbs suck or to Honda that the something is wrong in the car. Any input would be appreciated.

edit: I made sure to not touch the bulb at all during installation.
