Default what oil weight do you run?

Im getting close to the end of my project and soon it will be seeing track time. Im not sure what weight oil to run. stay stock or go thicker? Set up info is as follows stock gsr motor with mfactory oil cooler and boosted to the tune of 300ish. I wont be doing any long stints on track mostly 20-30 min at a time. Any info would help.

We put 20/50 in our turbo cars here in 118degAZ, in the street cars and race cars.
